Four members of the Kiyokan Judo club had no problem passing up Turkey dinner after winning three bronze medals and a 7th place finish at the Quebec Open International in Montreal this Thanksgiving weekend.

Vannessa St-Pierre, Brent Cormier, and Dr. Jennifer Landry are shown left to right wearing their medals. Ok Ikejiani, the club's only other competitor that would compete, won 3 matches before being eliminated taking 7th place. This is a great break-though for Ok on the National scene and a great start for Brent Cormier early in season working towards his 1st Nationals taking place this year in Alberta.

Ok and Jennifer will compete again in Montreal this coming weekend at Canada Rendezvous International, the most senior elite competition held in the country.
